Stand up for your sister.

Last week, we had an incredible night of worship just for the ladies. One of the activities we did in between sets was mark a paper identifying struggles and sins that we had experienced. We then put all of them in a basket and redistributed them, so ever lady got a paper of a different woman’s struggles. The list was read through, and if the woman you represented had gone through what was said, you stood. Every single struggle had at least two women represented. It was very powerful and beautiful to see that you are never alone! We were also encouraged to pray for the woman your paper represented. A big part of being the Body of Christ is recognizing that we are in community with one another and need to share each others burdens. What a beautiful reminder!
